銅版でじっくりふわふわに焼き上げられたホットケーキは、
外は香ばしく中はもっちり、バターがじゅわっと染みて最高に美味しかったです😋💛
シンプルながらも、ひと口ごとに優しい甘さと香ばしさが広がって、
思わず「これぞみじんこ！」と言いたくなる味わいでした🥰

いちじくのマロンカプチーノは、
濃厚なマロンクリームの中にごろごろ入ったいちじくの果肉が贅沢✨
ほっくりした甘さと香りのバランスが絶妙で、秋にぴったりの一杯でした🌰☕

落ち着いた店内の雰囲気の中で、
ゆったりとした時間を過ごせる癒しのカフェでした🍂✨

📍I visited the popular café “Jikabaisen Coffee Mijinco” in Yushima,
and tried their classic hotcakes and fig marron cappuccino 🥞☕✨

The hotcakes are slowly baked on a copper griddle until perfectly fluffy and soft.
Crispy on the outside, chewy inside, with butter melting through—so delicious! 😋💛
Simple yet rich in flavor, every bite had a gentle sweetness and aroma that made me think,
“This is exactly what Mijinco is known for!” 🥰

The fig marron cappuccino was rich and creamy,
with generous chunks of fig inside the thick marron cream ✨
The balance of sweetness and aroma was perfect—
an ideal drink for cozy autumn days 🌰☕

In the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the café,
I enjoyed a slow and peaceful moment away from the city🍂✨
